This location does not communicate well and is not efficient when picking up online orders and because of this my pick up order was sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes which means I received cold and soggy food.At around 946pm I used Google Maps to locate the restaurant and place my order for pick up, by choosing a direct order through the restaurant. (Not through a food delivery service like Grub Hub etc.)After I placed my order, an email was sent to me from the restaurant/their online ordering system that stated my order would be ready at 959pm and to press the I 'm here button when I got to the restaurant. I got to the restaurant around 955pm, pressed the button and i received a me...

That said, they forgot part of our order, so I had to drive back and wait for them to prepare the missing items. When I returned to the counter, it felt as if I had never been there, and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. By the time I finally got home and sat down to eat, I discovered they had also messed up the taquitos. I really have no desire to drive back again for a second trip, so I guess I'll have to settle for just two taquitos instead of three. And let’s talk about the guacamole—it’s essentially just mashed avocado. There’s no seasoning at all—no salt, pepper, onions, cilantro, or lime juice. And somehow, this uninspired guac is labeled as an "upgrade." The salsa that's inclu...

First time trying this place. I was actually looking for something different than just the usual ‘taqueria-alabertos’ type of Mexican food when I found this spot, and immediately after walking in I was greeted by the staff/workers, and they were nice enough to take the time in helping my wife and I choose a meal that we had been seriously craving for. After ordering our food we sat down to eat and instantly we were smiling at each other in agreement that this was the best tasting Taquitos we’ve had in a long time. My wife is pregnant and she was so excited for the Mexican corn and said ‘yes babe, the baby is loving this’. I love the food and love the way the staff made us feel. One of the wo...

We ordered the two-piece combo with shredded beef, and we found the taquitos to be delicious with just a hint of spice. We chose the mild option, but it was still packed with flavor. I particularly loved the crispy ends of the taquitos. They provided plenty of sauce for both items. The churro donut was tasty, although it had a bit too much cinnamon for my taste. The service was very friendly. There were four or five cars ahead of us, but we only waited about 10 minutes to get through the line, which suggests they make each order fresh. Book a table now

During checkout, I was told that as part of the combo I would get chips and salsa, but when the employees asked if I wanted to "swap out" the salsa, I chose queso, only to discover later that they charged me for an extra side. By this point, I was so upset that I could barely contain myself. While the employees were polite when my boyfriend asked for a replacement, I simply cannot see myself dining here again. The lack of communication and the overwhelming noise in the restaurant made it almost impossible to enjoy the experience.

I'm afraid the quality and service is going downhill. The taquitos we ice cold and the cheese was not melted on top. The order was wrong, they gave us all Lit taquitos (spicy sauce), when we asked for them plain and our kids could not eat it. When we tried to call to explain what happened to the order the lines were busy and no one answered the phone. Extremely disappointed. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Taquitos were pretty tasty, the oil used to crisp the tortillas was nice and light, thr chips were delicious, but the salsa, queso and guacamole were all relatively unimpressive..Couple that with the very limited amount of featured options on the menu to begin with, and I suppose we have a place that's not really worth writing home about. It was okay, but I don't need to go back.

Half the toppings are horrible, their guac just squirts out of a clear ketchup bottle, and seems to be cut with something to keep it from browning. Employees too stupid to keep track of what toppings you want removed or kept so your order is always wrong as well. God forbid you're one of the people that wants something on the side Book a table now

This place was so good when it first opened up. We were so disappointed coming back! Not enough workers, waited about 15min to order. Not enough beef taquitos and out of the three we ordered one had half of a tortilla the meat was exposed and burnt.
