Our server, Johnny, provided exceptional service. Despite a slow kitchen that night, he was attentive and managed our expectations effectively. Johnny was able to prioritize certain aspects of our meal to ensure a smooth dining experience, allowing us to enjoy our appetizers, soups, and salads before our main courses. This was the best service I have received in a long time and Johnny's skills should be shared with others in the industry. He has a promising future in hospitality.
Johnny, our server, did an amazing job. Kitchen was slow that night, but he was attentive and was able to set expectations well. Smart enough to know what aspects of the meal he was able to turn around faster, we got our appetizers, soups, and salads early and often until our main courses were ready. The food was excellent, the wine was fantastic, and the atmosphere was open and somewhat lively. I've had both positive and negative experiences at this restaurant. However, on this occasion, the food was likely the best I've ever had. I was pleased that the kitchen was punctual with our order, and everything was served at the same time.
Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was simply perfect! As a connoisseur of spinach and artichoke dip (lol), I can confidently say that Macaroni Grill's version with shrimp is my absolute favorite! The sangria is made fresh and is delicious too. Regrettably, our reservation was not ready on time due to kitchen delays. Nevertheless, our waiter's positive attitude made up for it. The service was slow.
I do not recommend eating establishments to friends because we all have different likes.
