Our waitress was waiting tables on the floor and mixing drinks. Salads were arriving when the food arrived including myself, the 4 gentlemen behind us, and the 6 top beside us. I'm sure there were others. The manager stayed at the front, every now and then he would move. His time would have been better spent delivering salads prior to the food. The chicken parmigiana was unseasoned and my friends pasta dish was also unseasoned. Very disappointed. We no longer have a restaurant and look forward to going to eat when we are in Orlando. I don't believe we will be back or recommend this location.
We used to go to this restaurant a lot when we were in Orlando, our last time was in 2017 and we used to love it. This time we were so disapointed because the quality of the food Isn't not the same, the dishes were either so spicy or no seasoning at all. I sincerily hope that was just not a good day to go there, because It used to be so good... The price was good and our server was regardful, but the food needs to improve a lot.
Our server did her best but they were extremely understaffed. The food also took nearly an hour to be delivered and pasta is pretty quick to cook. Due to the slow service, we didn’t get a chance to order more drinks. The hostess was also rude when seating our family. Will never return to this location.
Great service, lovely server. Food not top level, but wasn’t expecting fine dining for the price and style of the place. Tasty though and the bread is fab! Lovely to see a homely, traditional style restaurant hosting generations of families out for dinner with a relaxed vibe.

It was a bad from the start, manger said that the open table was down and there was a minute to hour wait and there were a lot of available seating. The service wasn’t the greatest either, it was just a poor experience
Food was very bad. Too many noodles and some was cold. Need a new front host- he was bad too. Cheryl our waitress was great. I would hire her if I owned a restaurant. Do better on the rest.
if they are looking for a good Italian restaurant, this is not a place to go. service personnel must be trained. space was empty and the service was slow. it was not a pleasant experience
As ever Romano’s Macaroni Grill did not disappoint. Great service, great food. Strange that the restaurant was really very quiet for a Thursday evening. Perhaps a sign of the times.

Very good food and service! Our server was warm and friendly. I wish I could remember her name. Food came out super fast and hot, and was very tasty. Overall a great experience!
