absolutely awful service, blonde waitress was very rude after i told her my food was rotten. very accusing behavior from the staff, everyone needs an attitude check. all i asked was for it to be taken away no other dish needed, it was just gross. DO BETTER. this place used to have wonderful food and lovely staff so who knows, maybe i caught them on the wrong day but todays experience will completely deter me from coming back. Food: 1
Roman's Batavia, NY. Service was so so. If you want something from the dinner menu in the late afternoon forgettaboutit. I mean what doesit take to substitute the type of pasta? Just throw it in some boiling water and there you go. Had the Ravioli and the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. Overall not a good experience. Won't be back. Service: Dine in
