Based on their hoagies alone, this place is absolutely amazing!! Being from the East Coast originally, it is SO hard to find great sandwich shops in Vegas, but Roma on Spring Mountain is IT. Their BREAD takes the cake, it's absolutely perfect. Has a good crunch, with a moist yet chewy center, and the flavor is perfect. All the meats and veggies are fresh and COLD, very cold. I love the shredded lettuce so much and the fact that they have banana peppers and hot peppers to put on the sandwich as well. I can't wait to come back here for their pasta and meats. This restaurant really takes me back; I've been visiting Roma Deli ever since I moved here nearly 20 years ago. The food has consistently been excellent, offering a wide variety of Italian pasta and meat dishes. The portions are generous—big enough that I often have leftovers for later. Most entrees come with a choice of pasta, which is a nice touch. My personal favorite is the linguine with red clam sauce, but I also love the chicken parmesan. My wife and I typically start with their pasta e fagioli. The wine prices are reasonable, making it a great place for group outings. I plan to keep coming here for many more years, as it's one of our family's favorite gathering spots.
I had an outstanding dining experience at Roma restaurant, where the food was absolutely fantastic, with every dish overflowing with flavor and freshness. The service was excellent as well. I want to give a special mention to Chef Leo, who consistently creates an authentic Italian culinary experience. The quality and presentation of each dish were exceptional. I highly recommend Roma restaurant.
You know you're in the right place when you walk in and hear Italian being spoken. This restaurant is absolutely mouthwatering and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it!

The food was excellent, although she mentioned my meal was $32, I ended up being charged $36. I didn't want to argue about it. I might consider visiting again.
