There is gluten-free pasta available at this restaurant, but only two sauces are truly gluten-free: marinara and tomato and vegetable. Unfortunately, they add gluten-based chicken stock to their Alfredo and Pesto sauces, which may not be suitable for those with severe gluten sensitivities. Despite this, my daughter ordered the Alfredo and did not experience any issues. I would not recommend this for those with severe Celiac disease. The wait staff was very attentive and asked the chef many questions to ensure our meal was safe to eat. Additionally, gluten-free pizza is also offered on the menu.
