The restaurant doesn't exist anymore. Very disappointing. For my son's confirmation I reserved a table at Romulus thru Open table. I got to the restaurant with my family and the restaurant wasn't there. Just a sign outside saying For Rent. I had to find something else on a Friday at 9pm (10 people) to avoid ruining the night.I was very embarrassed in front of relatives who had come from all over the States. I have been a loyal user of Open table and I have never been disappointed by the service. This time though it ruined a milestone and a night of family celebration. After attending New Balance Indoor Nationals, my friends and I decided to go out for dinner at the last minute. I used my Open Table app to find a restaurant nearby with availability. Luckily, Romulus had an opening and was able to seat our party of nine. We were pleasantly surprised as we were unfamiliar with the area. The staff at Romulus were extremely professional and accommodating, the food options were diverse and tasty, and the atmosphere was welcoming. They kept our water carafes and bread baskets full throughout the meal. All our dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend trying their desserts, especially the Baked Julius. I would definitely return to Romulu...
As usual my appetizer and main dish were superb! I had their Caesar Salad for starters and it was delicious. Food is prepared fresh and love the parmasian cheese used on the salad along with the fresh ground pepper. For my ending meal, I had their Ravioli filled with eggplant. It was so good; I could have ordered a second plate of it. : The creamy sauce was light and tasty. I love their meals because it doesn't leave you feeling overly stuff. I will be back again and try their dessert menu.
I made this reservation through open table ! When we arrived at Romulus it was closed for the week! Passover, Good Friday, Easter Break not sure why, but have to say, my party and myself were very disappointed as we drove 30 minutes to get to the restaurant! Open table should have not allowed this to happen or the restaurant should have blocked that week from being able to make reservations. I am sure this is not the only complaint you will see about that week!!

The food was delicious and the space is lovely but the service was severely lacking. Servers were very nice but not attentive at all maybe just understaffed ? but we had to waive them down for help multiple times . We waited almost an hour for our entrees! That meant we didn't have time for dessert .. and it was my birthday which the restaurant knew ... soooooo disappointing..... had planned to splurge!
My friend and I had dinner here before a show at the Bergen PAC. The restaurant was quiet but the food was excellent, excellent! Our waiter was very attentive and gave great service! I would recommend it if you like good Italian food! I'll be back again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The ambiance of the dining room is charming and there is a pleasant level of noise. The location is convenient to BergenPAC. The veal chop special was particularly delicious.

Always very consistent and good food. We love the gnocchi, alfredo, amatriciana and veal chop. Caesar salad good and so is the polenta. Try cheesecake for dessert.
The food and service at this restaurant are fantastic! The gnocchi is incredibly tasty and the ganache cake is delicious. Both just melt in your mouth.
