I ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive even though the message indicated it had been delivered. After contacting the restaurant, they initially provided us with the wrong contact number for Deliveroo. Eventually, we obtained the correct number and were given three options, choosing to receive a refund. When inquiring about the whereabouts of the food, we were informed that it had been left by the front door and the driver had supposedly called, although this was not the case. I am extremely disappointed with the food, staff, and prices at this restaurant. The dish I ordered was £2 cheaper last month but cost more this time. The food was cold and soggy, which is unacceptable. The staff were rude and disrespectful. The person who served me needs to improve their behavior and speak to customers with respect. The female manager who laughed at me was extremely disrespectful. Roosters, please clean your chicken properly.
100% would recommend roosters to anyone! Great value for money and amazing tasting food! I got the Mexican chicken wrap with some piri piri fries and it was the best tasting food I have eaten in a long time! Will be back again!!
This restaurant is incredible and deserves more recommendations to others. Despite its shabby appearance, the food is absolutely delicious. My son and I frequent this place and thoroughly enjoy dining here.
