This restaurant experience was terrible. I was in the city for work and craving Asian comfort food. I ordered braised pig feet, knuckles, and rice. When I picked up my order and checked the bag, I realized there were no utensils or condiments. I asked for them as I planned to eat in my hotel room. The waitress could only find a fork for me. She then had to search in the kitchen for chili sauce and soy sauce as they seemed disorganized. When I returned to my hotel room, I was disappointed to find that I was given pork skin instead of pig feet. The dish was so tough that I couldn't eat it. I recently had lunch at this restaurant. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. However, the service was a bit slow as there was only one waiter working. A minor inconvenience was that their credit card machine was out of order, so we had to pay in cash. It would have been better if the waiter had informed us of this before we sat down.
This restaurant is seriously tasty and one of the top spots for authentic Chinese cuisine in the area. If you enjoy spicy food, you will love it here! It's sad to see that they have been a bit empty lately, as their dishes are definitely worth trying. Do yourself a favor and check out Root!
We placed an order and she told us to wait outside for 20-30 minutes. So we waited in car, check if it’s ready every 20 minutes. 1.5 hour later, we finally get it. The food is just as good as Panda Express. I don’t know why I wasted my time for it

Best chinese food on peninsula...happy new year. My go to and they serve wonderful dishes. Covid rules observed. Try beef and snow peas they'll make it for you off menu?
