Outstanding! Held a rehearsal dinner for 30 in the banquet room. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It has a large balcony with heaters. The banquet room has its own bar with bar tender, kitchen and bathroom. Suzy, the owner, was attending to us from set up to closing. She is a superb planner, advisor and host. We had appetizers, wine, beer and buffet dinner. Everything was excellent: food, setting and service. They offered a fantastic beer and wine selection. My wife and I were in town celebrating our anniversay and stumbled upon this spot in search of a place for a glass of wine prior to moving on the another spot for dinner. This is a very cozy place. You step down onto a wine room dining area and you are immediately relaxed and in the mood for wine and cheese... We ordered a couple of glasses of wine and s smaller cheese/bread plate which were over to top! Needless to say we decided to stay there for dinner and we were so happy we did. Seriously a dinner we will never forget and a must visit spot any time we are in the area. 5 stars all the way.
We threw an amazing rehearsal dinner at Five Vines. The food was incredible. The presentation as we mingled was beautiful. The staff Cole, Stacey, Jess were so professional, kind, and on it. The entire setting made for a beautiful evening. Suzy, one of the owners, helped plan the whole event from beginning to end. This is a family owned business and they treat you like family. If you are lucky enough to have your event here you will not be disappointed.. AMAZING
We visited this new restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday, and we had the chance to sit outside on the upper deck, which offered a fantastic view of downtown. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! As a group of four, we shared several appetizers, two main courses, and a couple of sides. The wine selection was excellent, and the decor was vibrant and eclectic. I highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be returning!

Waitress was rude. My friends I asked for an extra wine glass since we ordered a bottle of wine she didn 't respond. My friends and I sat there in awkward silence and said never mind due to her lack of response. At the end we paid cash left the money plus tip on the table. We stood outside to take pictures and the waitress and a male waiter come out running claiming we didn 't pay. So unprofessional bizarre.
Five Vines is my absolute favorite go to place in San Juan. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They give great recommendations and support other businesses in our community. I take all my out of town guests to Five Vines. Please support this wonderful local restaurant! Recommended dishes: Proscuitto Flatbread, Key Lime Pie, Cheese Charcuterie
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here and it was AMAZING. Suzy was an absolute delight, the service was impeccable, and the food was INSANELY delicious!! We would host here over and over! This place is great! Big wine selection and the BEST thing in the menu is the WINE SLUSHY! It tastes flavorful and it was refreshing on a hot day. They have yummy smalls bites and delicious flat bread pizzas. Huge selection of wines to taste too.

I stopped in yesterday evening for their happy hour. I love this place! They have a real nice bar area and outside patio seating with an excellent happy hour menu, and their prices are great ...service too! Great ambience as well Lila W
