Went there expecting my normal good dining experience. However, we got there and was seated immediately but noticed not many customers there. Once seated we realized that it was pretty warm in the restaurant. It was very hot and humid outside. I asked our waitress about air conditioning. She told us the air conditioner is broken and has been for over a month. They had floor fans blowing in a few different locations. She moved us to a table that had a fan blowing on it so we stayed and ordered food. The service was just ok and the food was just ok also. We dined there previously and had better dining experiences then. This time it was different. The mere fact that they have not fixed the air...
I dined with a party of service and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, our drinks delectable and the service outstanding. A special shout out to our waiter Hector. He was so patience and outstanding of our groups needs. I went with his recommendation of a frozen pomegranate margarita cocktail and a shrimp entree. I couldn't be more please.
Honestly … it was shockingly terrible. The service was unfortunately horrible which made the entire experience beyond disappointing. I’m not going to list out every issue but a huge one was my partner ordered a mocktail and the waiter, after having to be reminded that we hadn’t received the drink after 30 mins in an empty restaurant, brought her alcohol.
Last night’s experience at Rosa Mexicano was awesome. Hector is an outstanding server and a true shining star. Thank you Hector for making our dinner so memorable. The dinner was delicious. We ate guacamole and queso fundido for appetizers. Enchiladas and pork belly pibil tacos for our main course. So good. The manager Maryann was great too.

Extremely short staffed. Took 45 minutes to receive our drinks which were watered down versions of a Margarita and a Martini. Intermnable wait for our appetizer (guacamole), but then main course served immediately with no time to enjoy the appetizer. Overall a very unpleasant experience.
Had dinner with friends and it was wonderful. Nice margaritas, good fresh guacamole, and the tacos were perfect. We especially liked that there are yummy vegetarian options here.
Great place to stop in for a quick bite to eat. Service is fast and friendly. Food is very good. They also have a nice bar area and outdoor seating.
High-quality Mexican food in a fun-decorated restaurant. Drinks are outstanding, we will be back.
