a ramshackle stone building on the side of the road. we would have missed it if we had not looked for it on the basis of the great reviews. simple formula, simple but delicious menu, perfectly cooked meat from an open fire set in a wall. service. excellent, and both the owner and waiter could not have been engaged anymore. the area was right along more open fields so we had a big bull for business, the smell of the masquis and a super sunset view over st florent.

We come every year in Corsica and came back to dinner in this little haven of peace. And again, it's a very good choice. If you are looking for a quiet place, a real Corsica meal, a real welcome, frank and direct, tinted with humor...corse bien sur, then don't look anymore. The prices are more than correct, the desserts a killing. Really I recommend, away from the restaurants bling you will enjoy.

Authentic restaurant for a good time in a small committee. Very welcoming in the exchange and concerned about the well-being of these customers. We had a good evening in an idyllic and warm atmosphere. With regard to food, excellent meal composed only of high quality products chosen to choose or house. A very hearty plate of a real pleasure. A big thank you to the leader I recommend to 2000

Extra! think to book in advance! Very friendly owner and good advice on local products, Super quality of meat, charcuterie and local cheese, succulent homemade fries, very beautiful frame, seen on the agriate, all in simplicity and authenticity, the impression of lunch at home in a nice garden.

An exceptional quiet place with a pleasant, helpful and close to its guests. Everything is done home, it appreciates the local products of its region. Meat lover with wood fire you will not be disappointed. Copious and very good I recommend all its kitchen, frame and atmosphere.
