I called to see if they had chicken soup because I've been feeling under the weather. I couldn't find any chicken soup that reminded me of my mother's, who was the quintessential Jewish mom. So, I decided to order a quart of chicken dumpling soup, and it was excellent. I ate half of it and felt much better afterward. I also got pizza for my husband, and he really enjoyed it. We ordered a 16-inch with sausage, mushrooms, and red peppers. I tried a slice too, and I thought it was very tasty. We will definitely be ordering from Rosalie's again, and there are other items on the menu that I'm eager to try.
Great deli! It's simple to find something delicious here. Rosalia's Deli offers a wide variety of classic Italian salads that are perfect for serving in bulk. They also have pizza. I picked up some items for a gathering, including the Artichoke Heart Salad, which costs around $9 per pound. While the prices are not the cheapest, the quality definitely matches. There’s so much to explore, and I can't wait to return. Be sure to try their homemade pizza when you have a chance!
Fantastic new place in Elmhurst. My diet has changed over the last few years, which has made me a little more particular about where I dine. The pizza was super tasty. Sausage is traditional with fennel. The peppers on the pizza were surprisingly very fresh. Was not too impressed by their soup not a terrible option, there are better items on the menu. Excellent service. Small but cozy location. Definitely worth checking out.
I tried the Italian beef with sweet peppers and had pistachio gelato, while my companion enjoyed a large cup of wedding soup and Italian cookie gelato. We also took home a big box of assorted cookies. Everything was enjoyable, but nothing particularly stood out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you find yourself in downtown Elmhurst, Rosalia's is a solid choice for lunch.

Best deli in the area with a lot of options. My favorite is the Italian sandwich, so good it is impossible to put into words.
