Rosalita's Cantina has a wonderful atmosphere with stylish booths, beautiful tile walls, and eye-catching art and decor. This was my first visit after a late appointment with my ENT, and I was looking for a quick lunch. The restaurant’s exterior was very inviting. I was promptly seated, given a menu, chips and salsa, and my drink order. I chose the pepita-crusted salmon. While the fish and butternut squash hash were somewhat mild in flavor, the crispy fried onions, pepita crust, and the guacamole side I added complemented the dish perfectly, creating a delicious combination. The thin, crispy chips and fresh salsa were also great. However, I felt a bit rushed by my server, so much so that I e...

I only went for my Managers retirement party and it was ok. The atmosphere was that of a Mexican restaurant, so beautiful the art on the walls and ceiling, staff was very warm and friendly and the food was decent. I couldn't eat all of it because I gotfull fast but the only complaint I have is that I wish the nacho chips were thicker to grab and hold the food that's being atewith it. Each one of my chips broke when scoping food, it was very frustrating. Overall, unless there's another event, I won'treturn, not that it was horrible, it's just not for me and that's ok with me, blessings to each one of the staff members andcustomers who do frequent there.
I recently attended my manager’s boarding party at Rosalita’s Cantina. The atmosphere was beautifully Mexican, with stunning art on the walls and ceiling. The staff were warm and friendly, and the food on the menu was decent. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat much because I eat very fast, but my only complaint was that the nacho chips were too thin—they kept breaking when I tried to scoop up the food, which was quite frustrating. Overall, if there isn’t another special event, I probably won’t return. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite my style, and that’s okay. Wishing all the best to the employees and regular customers of Rosalita’s Cantina.
Margaritas were good, only after we found our waitress. Manager had to deliver our drinks and take our order. Street tacos AL pastor were very salty. And the oaxacan grouper was plain with little flavor. Once the server finally returned, she gaveminimal service, with us having to ask for more salsa and another drink. Her comment was she was stocking, and this was thereason she left us waiting without drinks or taking our order for over 15 minutes before we tracked down the manager. Not worththe for the food. Only good food was the rice. The manager's service was excellent; he needs to train his staff better. Book a table now
The margaritas were enjoyable, but we struggled to locate our waitress. Eventually, the manager stepped in to serve our drinks and take our order. The al pastor street tacos were too salty, and the Oaxacan grouper lacked flavor. When our server finally came back, their service was minimal when we requested extra salsa and another drink. They explained that being understaffed caused the delay. The rice was the only dish that stood out. While the manager delivered excellent service, the rest of the staff clearly need better training. Overall, the food quality didn’t justify the experience.
Very beautiful and extravagant interior, a great place to enjoy the dining atmosphere and hang out with friends. The food was good, but not as amazing as the vibrant spaces inside. Would be a lovely place to enjoy on the weekend while drinking with friends! I enjoyed the beef chimichanga and a few margaritas. My dinner companions enjoyed their food, a few had enchiladas and the chicken quesadilla.
I absolutely love this place and make it a habit to stop by for lunch every Friday. I prefer sitting at the bar to skip the wait and appreciate Candice’s expert tequila recommendations. The Mexican cuisine here is outstanding, and my go-to dish is the fried fish tacos. The chips are perfectly thin and crispy, and the salsa enhances the local flavors beautifully.
Rosalita's Cantina is much bigger than it appears from the outside. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, featuring live entertainment, which made it a bit noisy at times. The menu offered food that was above average, and my friends enjoyed their alcoholic beverages. Our waiter was a humorous young man, though he did make a few mistakes with our orders. I truly love Rosalita's Cantina, and its city center location is ideal! As CeCe Ellis, a Realtor with Ellis Luxury Homes Team, I had the chance to do a photoshoot here for a real estate magazine, and it was an amazing experience. This restaurant has become my favorite place for tasty food and beautiful photos. They also have fantastic gluten-free options!
