In my humble opinion, Tacos al Pastor are the standard by which the quality of a Mexican restaurant can be judged. When done right, tacos al pastor are an exquisite blend of complimentary flavors that interact like the chemistry between a duo dancing the tango. In contrast, the ones served here tasted like rehydrated Jack Links Jerky. Perhaps that's the TexMex version? Anyhow, the service was outstanding, and the chips and salsa were delicious.
Our server was fantastic and very patient, especially considering we had a large group. However, the food was just average. The green tomatillo sauce was cold and slathered all over my meal, which made it difficult to enjoy the burrito. This was disappointing, as I've always had excellent experiences at the other Rosalita's at West County Mall.
This is a fantastic restaurant! However, our server seemed eager for us to finish and leave. I understand it was Mardi Gras, but there were plenty of open tables available for those who were waiting.
Service: excellent, food: best quesadillas I ever ate anywhere! Prices: very reasonable. We called with a party of 5, were seated within 5 minutes and treated very well. Highly recommend! Book a table now
We LOVE stopping by Rosalita’s every time we’re in STL. The staff is great, service is outstanding, did I mention FAST? And the food is amazing.
My daughter and I were staying at a nearby hotel within walking distance, so we decided to drop in for dinner and a drink.
Solid middle of the pack food experience. Salsa homemade hot sauce were highlights. Service left a lot to be desired.
