After making a reservation for 4 people, we arrived at the agreed time. The surprise was that even when we arrived at the agreed time there were no tables available. The boss openly told me to look elsewhere without any politeness, that he didn't know when the tables were going to be freed. I quote what he replied to me; “The table may be available in 10, 20, 30 minutes I don’t know, if you’re not happy look elsewhere” You have a restaurant a few meters away, Le Félix who knows how to welcome these customers with a smile and above all RESPECT and LIVING KNOWLEDGE which apparently are not given to everyone (alas).
Bad experience, both for food (waiting 1 hour for a very ordinary paella) and for the treatment, that they bring you the bill without asking for it was a way of kicking us out. We were with children at a table next to a ramp and a waiter tripped over the glances were directed at the child, when space was minimal. I suggested that this table was too tight for anyone, but the answer is that it had never happened all summer, if the waiter had a bad day because we already heard shouting in the service, it's not our fault.
Hemos estado dos veces,el año pasado y este el precio de menú lo han mantenido 24€ menú paella. Muy bien ubicado con terraza con vistas al puerto. Muy bien atendidos , calidad precio muy bien. La paella del año pasado estaba mejor pero aún así bien, el resto de platos y postres muy bien el vino blanco que entra en el menú perfecto. Y este año pude comer mejillones a pesar de ser lunes que no hay mercado, y buenísimos!!! Repetiremos si surge la ocasión.
Friendly service, helped quickly upon arrival. Paella is very tasty and highly recommended, the meat dish was tasty but very simple, it also lacked some sauce with the meat and fries. Las mejores ostras que he probado con diferencia y las tapas increíbles, tengo que volver a comer esa paella que tenía una pinta increíble y más viniendo de unos valencianos vi la bufanda) y le deseé suerte para la final pero que ganara el mio Hoy 21/05/22) he vuelto a por la paella y buenísima como todo. Hemos comido de maravilla, todo riquísimo y a un precio super razonable. Paella de mar de buey espectacular y las gambas también. Personal amable y simpático.
