This Rosati's location is always friendly, professional and the lady who took the order really cared about a quick question I had over sausage ingredients. She double checked (she didn't have to do this), and took the time to call me back. It was right before the busy dinner hours and that extra attention to detail was really appreciated. I didn't get her name on the phone, but the receipt said Alex. Thank you Alex! There are several other Rosati's locations I can go to, but this one on Dundee has never disappointed.
I picked up my deep dish pizza.on the internet menu on yelp large is $19.50. I had three toppings and it was $34. The price should be adjusted online to promote a better customer experience. The taste was great! Give packets of red crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese if you want to be a 5 star pizzeria. Great job.
The new owners were amazing. I was helped by Juan with my catering order for a super big important event from start to finish. The food was hot, delivered on time and tasted amazing. Everyone at my party said it was delicious. I would highly recommend the Rosati’s on Smith in Palatine.
We like to try a different pizza place every now and then. This was our first time trying Rosati's pizza and we absolutely loved it! Excellent crispy thin crust and no skimping on the ingredients. Rosati's is now at the top of our list of faves!
