Terrible delivery experience. We ordered a pizza, fried ravioli and chopped salad. When the food arrived it was cold. Apparently the driver cant count from 1 to 10 and knock on door 8. Furthermore we were missing my wife 's meal, the chopped salad! When i called the driver and asked if he had the salad he said Um.....i dont know . A fine answer for a child attending school but an unacceptable answer for grown ups in business. So i called the restaurant and suggested to cancel the order if it was going to be longer than 15 minutes and they told me the driver would be there in 5 minutes. 45 minutes passes by and our food is cold waiting for my wifes salad so we can eat together as a family. It’s been a few months since I ordered pizza from Rosati’s Carol Stream. Today I ordered a small thin crust, well done cheese and sausage with easy on the sauce. I don’t know what happened in the past few months but this was the worst pizza ever! Cheese had no flavor, sausage too spicy and greasy, crust tasted like one of those freezer burnt pizza crust that you get at the grocery store and chewy like cardboard. Oh and sauce was not that “easy”, a big thick pasty ring circled around the edge, and was not the light tasting fresh marinara that used to be on my pizza in the past.. Tonight this little place was recommended so we thought we’d give it a try. We were glad we did and I’d be so glad to tell you why. The young man who waited on us was not only courteous and professional..but also very personable. The thin crust classic combo was tasty with the perfect crunch, and breaded chicken wings were deliciously spicy! I appreciated that the estimated time of completion was precise as I arrived to pick up my order I noted they were just cutting and boxing my pizza. The woman who was boxing my pizza noticed I was looking her way…she acknowledged my glance with the sweetest smile. Yep…this place gave us really great customer service and the food did not disappoint!
I use to love Rosati's pizza from the Elmhurst location. I ordered a sausage pizza from the carol Stream and it was terrible. I couldn't believe it. The sausage had like bone pieces in it and barely any sauce compared to normal. It was like the pizza was just thrown together and with old ingredients that were just sitting around for a while or made in properly. Unless Rosati's all together changed the way they make pizza. I will not go back to the carol stream location. Sad since I just moved to Carol Stream and used to order Rosati's but now I won't and no closer locations. Very disappointing

I love Rosatis but this was ridiculous my fries were soggy to the point where oil was soaking through the bag and the fries were tough we also ordered bread sticks and the basically gave us a pizza with no sauce and no cheese, this was very disappointing to have come from Rosatis being I've never had a bad experience with any other locations. I hope they can fix this for future customers but I personally will not be ordering from this location again.
I come here every once in a while for a by-the-slice pizza. There's a couple high top tables right by the front window. But if you want to be wowed, get the thin crust. I recently ordered two 24 (I think) thin crusts for my guys in the shop and everyone enjoyed them. Great pizza.
There employees are drunk or what I don’t know. I order margarita pizza and they give me white pizza.. really they don’t know the difference.. still I told to manager she till me it’s yours fault.. so I garbage pizza in front of her.. what a great service!!!
This used to be one of the best places to go for give rosati's Pizza not anymore I don't know what they did but I believe they changed the ingredients to save money at the expense of moving customers not a good move. By the way the recipe has changed

Pizza is delicious. They are the only Rosati's that make the 24 inch pizza in my area. Customer service is good. I have never eaten inside at the restaurant part or tried other food than their pizza. So I can't speak on that part.
With the many Rosati's locations in the area this one by far has the best pizza.
