During my stay at the Sheraton Hotel with my son, we decided to order Pizza for delivery to our room. Despite having several options, we chose Rosati’s. Rash took our order and the total for a 10-inch pizza, French fries, and two small sodas came out to over $40. I inquired about the breakdown of the cost, as the pizza alone was priced at $17.99. It turned out that the total included the pizza, fries, sodas, tax, and delivery charge. After placing the order, it took one hour for the delivery person to arrive, but they did not bring plates or utensils. Upon contacting Rash, who I assumed was the owner or manager, he informed me that I should have requested these items when placing the order....
