This place is horrible, they lost there liquor license in September and they didn't call anyone till the week of the event. I found out by my bakery. Then when I called the owner she was tongue twisted and couldn't even speak. Then asks me how they found out. I finally got a call the week of my event and told them I already talk to the owner. This place is heavily disliked, and I agree. Number one; No elevators, which is a lawsuit right there. Not just for handicap, but for musicians to carry their instruments, and for chefs to carry their utensils. How on Earth did my Mom's Counsin's baby on a STROLLER go down the escalator. Also, the room we booked has steps, but no RAMP. Number 2, the escalators are nearly unusable. They are so narrow. The bar build quality is subpar. Over all, I wouldn’t recommend this banquet hall for the following reasons. (Yes it’s a long list) — Only stairs available to gain access to the banquet halls. They do have a narrow electric stairs — No ramps or elevators for the handicap. DJs, musicians etc… will charge extra since there’s no loading dock or anything for them to get their equipment down stairs. Attended a quinceañera at this location.. one side of the scalators was down,made it very hard when we had to take heavy items up the stairs. The bathrooms where the worst..multiple halls sharing the same bathrooms is not the best idea,the mens bathroom were extremely dirty after 9pm,around the toilets there was water from overflowing toilets.. the main hallway was full of people from different halls and it didnt feel safe. My sister’s 15 is tomorrow, they had reserved and paid off everything. They called us today saying they lost their alcohol license taken away. Why wait last minute to tell us? We can’t even bring alcohol of our own because we will lose the $500 dollar deposit we put down. Very unprofessional. Save yall’s money.
Liquor lic had been taken that morning. Not professional staff at all. Police constantly there checking for liquor. I was scared upon entering the place, for the police pulling up with a quickness. I daid to them officer's, I didn't do it. My first time there for a wedding. My last time.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Have been trying to contact them for a week to drop a deposit off and once I call to confirm dropping payment off Janet tells me the date is taken!! It’s nice but their escalators don’t even work. Be careful!!
The security guards are very rude, especially this one guy think he is the FBI walking around looking tough harassing people. I will never do business here again, the halls are very expensive. Don’t do business here people Book a table now
Staff is amazing. Thru my sister repast here and everything turned out great. The guest love it and enjoyed themselves.
