TL;DR: We couldn 't check in to our hotel, and the receptionist is treating to sue us and increased the cancelation fee. I booked a room here, and not once was I ever informed that the hotel reception had hours. I 've been to 20+ hotels worldwide in my life, and never once have I seen a hotel with reception hours. Me and my girlfriend and I arrived at 1 am. We could not find the reception to see if there was a number to call or a bell. I attempted to use a number from hotels.com, but I was sent straight to a voice-mail. We left to go to another hotel so that we didn 't have to sleep in the car. This is a wonderful little hotel located near Ramstein and Kaiserslautern bases. The staff is super helpful and nice and made sure that I didn't need anything and was able to access my room (I arrived rather late). The walls are a bit thin,but they provided complimentary ear plugs. The bed was super comfy!!
Very clean, quite, cozy hotel located within walking distance of downtown Landstuhl. Breakfast is excellent.
Overall, the hotel was great. Location, access to the roadways, and dining were all easily accessible.
