Wow... excellent pizza. Excellent crust, large cheese, good sauce, very well balanced taste and excellent consistency on each slice and each cake make them. They also make a meatball sandwich that looked good. Call us. No food. Pizza is thin with a perfectly cooked crust. Large car to the gates they reach on their high efficiency electric furnace. Mike, the owner, nice guy. Great to see an entrepreneur doing this with his business. To wish his and this place has continued success. I would rate this place on the pizza scale a solid 8.4. Had her white, the place or the tomato cake without cheese. The dough is on every one of what I said, so it must also be good. Watch this place if you can!

The round pizza was good. Much better than the rough fat of the spring lake pizza. Easy to pick up and very light and airy. That means it is balanced for my taste buds. Too much light/fancy bread taste and not enough tomato sauce/cheese. I could totally see why some people love it, but it's not a round pizza I'd long. However, the place is fully balanced and tasty. It's easy to eat too many slices. The separately ordered meatballs are a 10/10 and the thicker tomato sauce on the pizza was really good. Definitely get the meatballs when I go back. Some of the low reviews here to read are quite funny. It is a pizza shop, the owner is not entitled to treat you your special kind.

I moved from NJ to Florida a few years ago. I heard a lot about Rosie when I came back to Jersey Shore to try it. It was definitely not disappointed. I know it may not say much life in Florida right now, but one of the best pizzas I had in a long time, including, NJ, NY and New Haven Pizza. I have a traditional round and a Grandma's Pie. Typically, I expect a Grandma's Pie to be square with a thin crust. This was square with a thicker crust of traditional Sicily, but with a beautiful crispy crust. Not a big menu that is good, they do what they do well....

A definite 5 stars. I'm sorry. Dave from a bite pizza would have given this an 8.9 instead of an 8.5. Pie was perfect in every way. With onions and basil leaves. The crust was extremely light, but cooked exactly where it had the perfect crunch. Get back!
