I stayed 08/05-08/07/23. They got me in a room right away which I had appreciated. The staff were great. Saturday night I discovered brown towels behind the chair. It was quite disgusting and I went to the front desk. The man came to my room and took them. I contacted the manager and was told I would get 5000 points which amounts to $30. Instead of a comp to my brother who paid for the room this is what they would do. If you get makeup on their towels it will cost you $150 for each one. I think the Hiltons should do the right thing. We arrived around noon check-in not til 3pm so we had to wait for our room to be ready. All the front desk staff were very nice (esp Rose) and got us into our room about an hour early. The room was a good size and very clean. It's well appointed with a fairly comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows. The bathroom was updated and a good size and again, vey clean. Small fridge keurig coffee maker in room was very convenient. Our room was 320 and it seemed to be in a quiet location. We came for a wedding, but we never heard any real noise and slept comfortably. If you have just one night to spend on Long Island, this is the spot to visit. The newly revamped My Father's Place is easily the best venue for concerts on the island. The atmosphere is cozy, and the sound quality is outstanding. Plus, the menu is far superior to that of any other music venue around—it's influenced by Indian cuisine, and everything I've tried has been delicious, especially given the affordable prices. Can you believe that half a century ago, Michael Epstein opened the original My Father's Place? It has become one of the finest music venues in existence. Eppy definitely deserves a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Eppy, you've truly knocked it out of the park!
The hotel boasts excellent and attentive front desk service, accommodating our numerous needs while hosting several families. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and our waterfront rooms were peaceful. However, one of the room’s HVAC systems wasn't functioning properly, and another had loose plumbing fixtures. We brought these issues to the staff's attention, but preferred not to have any repairs made during our busy stay. Breakfast was slow and quite pricey. Fortunately, it's just a short stroll to the charming town of Roslyn, where you'll find a fantastic bakery with great breakfast options, as well as a short drive west to a large diner.

The food was disappointing—overcooked and not as described. The servers were slow to attend to us, and it took more than 35 minutes from placing our order to receiving our meals. This is unacceptable, especially considering there were only 80 people in the entire restaurant!
The waiter was handling all the tables by himself, which slowed down the service. Additionally, my food was incorrect when it arrived.
The dueling pianos were a blast, but it was impossible to have a conversation at our table because it was way too loud!

Live band was playing but very few patrons. Better advertisement of venue is needed.
