A way forward: I rarely travel 5 stars for a restaurant, but here I have to do this because in Kempten there is no more beautiful and better. The old bleach is located in the Kemptner district of Sankt Mang, relatively hidden and only accessible from a side street. The parking spaces around the restaurant are simple enough, I found one more. Excellent location is the direct proximity to the Iller, i.e. the restaurant is located through a terrace directly on the river Kempten. We have been to the Rossini restaurant, which we have discovered by chance during cycling along the Iller. It is a wonderful location right at the Iller. Sitting on the terrace directly on the river in summer feels like on holiday. The building is very light flooded through the great large windows. The pizza oven area is visible, making the chefs and employees very close. In addition, the pizza dough is so wonderfully fluffy, soft and crispy at the same time. We were two at dinner yesterday. We had reserved and it was assigned to the table 204. The food was very good. The start-up for food and drink went very quickly and the drinks or the food was served in a reasonable time. The clearing of the empty plates by the auxiliary waiter was also ok. But what was not right at all was that our competent waiter served the neighboring tables, but completely ignored us. We had no chance of contacting, so the desires for dessert, coffee and invoice all went over the auxiliary waiter and accordingly unreliable. We were there for afternoon coffee. It was very good in the form of cappuccino and espresso. The cake, on the other hand, with warm pistachios filling, was moderate, with 8.5 euros overpriced. The service was friendly and on the terrace was a wonderful view of the river (Iller). For this I give the evaluation very well. In beautiful weather I will always return to coffee. Always like dinner. A selection of dishes, for every taste and purse. The desserts and appeals are particularly recommended. Very good wines. Beautifully situated on the river, which is particularly brilliant in summer. Very good service, very child-friendly, also regarding the menu. We look forward to coming back to Kempten. The pizza was fantastic. The dough is exceptionally good. The spaghetti were also very delicious. The waiter was very friendly asking if everything is OK and we need something else. We also liked the atmosphere very well. If we were to live nearby, I could imagine that we would visit the place more often.
We were really disappointed, the shells were almost all too, the spaghetti seafood was not as usual, you had to look for seafood. What doesn't matter is that you don't say when you book that only a cash payment is possible.
