I celebrated my 30th birthday with you more than 15 years ago, have enjoyed several meals at your restaurant, and most recently brought residents from the aged care facility where I work to dine with you (we will be returning in January). Food is generally good. Large portions. HOWEVER, there is no waiter service; all food and drinks must be ordered separately by going up to the bar. For the prices they charge, this is ridiculous. Also, they refuse to provide containers so you can take home what you don't eat. Also ridiculous. Cannot recommend on this basis alone.
