We had reservations for 4 people. A waiter seats us at a table then a waitress takes over and takes care of our table. We place the order. So far so good. Then another waiter comes to see us and attacks us. That we can 't sit at a table like that, that the table is reserved, that we have to leave. He doesn 't believe us when we tell him that we have reservations and that we have been placed here. He caused such a scandal in the restaurant that everyone was looking at us and he never apologized for his attitude or his mistake. The food was good although the prices were as high as the Swiss Alps. It was also a bit sad to see empty reserved tables and people looking for a table being turned down. Waiting staff were amazing and understanding but it seemed like table management could do a bit better, sorry Guido.
We are absolutely thrilled with this cabin. The view is fantastic and the food impressed us. The absolute highlight, however, is the head waiter Rene vom Ammersee. His joy for life is contagious and his hospitality is second to none!
Wonderful views of the Matterhorn and the food was surprisingly really good! Great place for lunch and a drink
