This is the first time I have eaten at St Hubert and will definitely be the last. The chicken was not done. It looked fine on top but everything close to the bone was slimy and pink. I was sick all evening just from the thought of it. When we told our waitress she said that as long as it came off the bone it was done. I don't think any chicken should be slimy and pink. Also my husband watched the cook scoop out the potatoes and he just stuck his hand in, no gloves, and scooped them on the plate. Also he picked the chicken up with his bare hand dropped it on the counter picked it up and put it on the plate. This is would think would be a food safety issue. Needless to say I didn't eat my meal...
We waited 1hr 15 mins for our food and when it did arrive it was bad. We tried multiple times to get a waiters attention because we could not see our own waitress and he kept telling us he would be over shortly. Needless to say he never came. Will never go back to any St. Hubert's after our experience. It was without a doubt the worst restaurant of our holiday.
We enjoyed a couple of meals at this restaurant while staying in the area, I would describe this restaurant as reliable, nothing very special but you can be sure you will get a good meal at a fair priceThe service was rather slow, but the restaurant was very busy, so I guess that is understandable but we never got an apology, which was a same.Well worth a vist
English speaking family traveling through Quebec stopped in for dinner. We had a great server who although French managed very well in English to understand us as our French is very limited. Meals were quick to arrive even with the place being very busy. Meals were enjoyed by everyone. Nice presentation on the deserts.

For those of us who have ever had Swiss Chalet, it's very similar. The chicken is great there. The sauce is wicked! It's a nice place as well. Warm. Welcoming. The prices are pretty good. It's a good family restaurant if you're looking for just a good meal in a comfortable place. Worth going!
This is a very very busy restaurant, wait time to be seated was not too long and the food was good. Some what noisy but I guess to be expected with the number of people who were there

Get a fair amount of food for the money. Well cooked too. Was delivered very quickly right to our motel room.
Très bon service malgré le goût des repas a retravaillé. Très belle ambiance et équipé pour les bambin. 7/10
