I hadn't visited this restaurant since 1989. I came back to town to show my son where I graduated from high school, and we decided to stop in for lunch. As a chef in Las Vegas, I can tell you that we only have one decent round table, and most of the other pizza places are subpar. The place looks different from what I remembered, but the pizza came out quickly and was delicious. Yes, "delicious" is a technical culinary term!
I typically order pizza for delivery, and I've always found the drivers to be friendly and punctual. This last time, my pizza arrived a surprising 20 minutes earlier than I expected, which is quite uncommon for a busy Friday night. I requested extra toppings, and they really exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely delicious!
Take and bake pizza is good here. The pizza from the restaurant itself has pretty thick soft crust. It would be better if it was a thinner crust and baked a little longer. You will not find crispy crust here. Just floppy slices. Their Ranch is delicious, and the garlic Parmesan bread twists are tasty. Big fan of the bbq pizza.
The pizza was great! But the reason I give this place 5 stars is because of the experience. I was having difficulty with my newly issued bank card and the staff worked with me offereing solutions. The owner came out and offered my daughter and I a free drink to show she understands. 5 stars for the sense of community.
