Wish I could give zero or negative stars. I placed an order with Roundtable pizza through Postmates at 7:00pm and the restaurant cancelled the order because they were too busy. I waited a few minutes and attempted to order again, and the order was cancelledagain. I waited a bit longer and attempted to order a third time and it was cancelled again. I gave up and made dinner gor myfamily myself. So, my family ate something else for dinner then went to bed. At midnight I received an email notification thatwoke me up and it was a receipt from Postmates for the order and it said it was completed at 10:00pm. We decided to eat something else and went to bed. Then, at midnight, I was woken up by an email from Postmates showing a receipt that said our order was completed at 10:00 PM. Confused, I went outside and found the pizzas left at the bottom of my stairs on wet concrete, covered in ants since the lawn had just been watered. The restaurant had reversed the cancellation two hours after telling me it was canceled, without any warning, and delivered the pizzas in the dark.
They didn’t leave the pizzas by the front door, nor did they ring the bell or knock to let us know they had arrived. Our house was completely dark since we had gone to sleep, unaware any pizzas were coming after three cancel...
I visited Round Table Pizza on a weekday around noon, and it was quite empty, creating a gloomy atmosphere. Robert was doing a fantastic job juggling multiple roles as the cashier, busboy, server, and even helping with food prep. I learned that the buffet is no longer available and likely won't be returning, and there is also no unlimited salad bar anymore. By default, I ordered the lunch special and received a small plastic to-go box with some wilted lettuce. However, the personal pizza was decent. Overall, it seems like senior management or ownership has lost interest in the restaurant.
Edgar was amazing and stayed open a bit later for me to pick up my pizza . LA traffic is so unpredictable and he was very understanding and accommodating. Once I arrived Edgar was all smiles and thanked me for my business. It?s very hard to find amazing customer service nowadays especially in LA but Edgar revived my hope for humanity. Edgar you are a great asset to this round table ! Keep up the great work !

I truly enjoy dining at this restaurant! The taste, aroma, and flavors are incredible. However, it would be wonderful to see more family deals and a greater variety of choices available for coupons—not just chicken and veggie pizza. Other than that, this place is fantastic!
The personal pizza special is fantastic! You get to choose 4 toppings, plus a soda. The pizza is made fresh to order and served hot, and they even show live UEFA Champions League soccer. Karen is incredibly friendly and makes the experience even better!
Love this place taste smell flavor . Need to have family deals and coupons more choices to choose from when using the coupon not just only chicken and veggies pizza . Other than that this place is the bomb ????

I only ordered 1 pizza to go. Half Salami and Pepperoni and the other half the Taco Salad with green onions and tomato Pizza was very good but I can only give 5 stars to Chicago pizzas
