I called this restaurant to place an order for myself and my kids. When the woman answered the phone, she promptly asked how she could help me. As I began to give my order, she interrupted, saying she had to take another call. When she returned to me a moment later, she made me start my order from the beginning, only to interrupt me again for another incoming call. After a long back-and-forth, we finally managed to place the order, but she kept saying, "Wait, what?" every few seconds.

This is my first restaurant review, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The pizza here was a total disappointment, featuring soggy crust, bland cheese, and sauce that seemed to be crafted by someone unfamiliar with pizza-making. While some reviews mention that the wings might be acceptable, the pizza is genuinely unappetizing. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to consult with better pizzerias to refine their recipe. Charging $37 for two 8-slice pizzas is outrageous, especially given the low quality. I hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure that no more customers have to endure undercooked dough.
We ordered a pepperoni pizza on Friday, it was the first time we had ordered from there in a while. Our pizza looked delicious but lacked any flavor, was a little undercooked, it didn’t have the usual garlic crust. It was just blah! I am not sure if it changed or they were just having a bad night.
I got two calzones from them yesterday and they looked good and tasted great! I just wish they had a place to eat at the store.
