I have an allergy to nuts and sesame, let it be known that prior to ordering the restaurant was not aware of this, hence a starter of sushi with sesame seeds was kindly paid for by myself while they arranged a replacement. In this case, the menu has no mention of sesame but I accepted this was my mistake. I am visiting Palma de Mallorca often in the last years except covid times .Today I was visiting one of my favorite places in Playa del Muro ,Royal Beach!!! The welcoming of the manager was terrible rude and arrogant when I tried to find a lunch table for me ,my partener and the little daughter. The manager or supervisor instead to try to find a table or something else waiting list he just show us THE EXIT IS THERE!!!this was manager words!!!I hopefully the top management and owner are aware of his manager behave!!!and they will not allow this to happen to another guests.Anyway super disappointed and definitely will never come back and will spread the word in London for my hospitality mates...
the attention of the rafa waiter is excellent in all so aspects, food with a lot of drip and personality , speed and simplicity makes all this by the sea a place worth recommending something to highlight is the attention , the treatment and simplicity of the owner
