This particular Royal Farms needs new management the people who was working there was unhelpful and it appeared that they hate their job. The chicken was old, dried up and salty. The high salt level is ridiculous some of the pieces of chicken still hadfeathers on it and some of the drumsticks look like the drum of a wing but cost $3.69 each. It didn?t look clean inside thefloors were dirty and there was trash on the ground outside the door. Start paying your employees more money and provideadequate training then your ratings will hopefully get better.

You need some better people for the overnight shift. The two guys you have, ain?t it. He looked at me waiting at the register. I asked him if I could get a pack of cigarettes, and was outright ignored. Self checkout was the worst thing Royal Farms ever did.Now it takes longer to get anything from behind the counter. And in most cases, holds up a line, because there hardly anyonenearby to help at THIS location. 0 stars
I want to sincerely thank Jessica for her outstanding hospitality this morning. I tried to use the free air service to inflate my tire, but instead of filling up, the air just leaked out, leaving me with only 13 PSI. I thought I’d have to call AAA for help, but Jessica stepped in and offered to use her personal pump to get me back on the road. Everything turned out perfectly! Thank you so much, Jessica!

The night shift at Royal Farms needs improved staffing. The two employees on duty ignored me when I asked for a pack of cigarettes at the register. Introducing self-service has only made things worse, as it now takes much longer to get items from behind the counter. Frequently, there’s no staff available to help, leaving customers waiting in line. I would give this experience zero stars.

I was trying to get air in my tire from the free services but instead of air going in my air was coming out and left me at 13 PSI I thought I would have to call AAA but Jessicagladly stepped in and said she would use her personal pump to get me back on the road. This is an great, 24 hour, full service location. They have everything a Royal Farms could offer. Competitive prices on gas and diesel. A well stocked, neat and tidy store. The made to order food kitchen is open all night. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. One of best Royal Farm stores you'll ever visit. They even have indoor and outdoor dining area seating.
I had to pull up to 7 different pumps before I found a working one. First 4 the screens were not operating. The 5th had a nozzle whose hose wasn 't attached to anything and was just laying on the pavement. The 6th had a broken sensor or something; it kept cutting off like my tank was full. Even the 7th, which finally let me get gas, has a receipt error .

You would think, since you have to check yourself out that this place would be cleaner. Empty the trash, before it gets all over the place and wipe down the place once in a while! Starting to look nasty, like all the rest of the ROFOs.
The store was clean both inside and outside. Everyone was wearing masks during COVID. We picked up some snacks for our flight tonight. We'll definitely return when we come back.
