I usually enjoy this Royal Farms location and their chicken. However, lately I keep encountering an older female employee who seems quite bitter. Every time I visit, she appears to be in a bad mood, and tonight was no exception. She always makes me feel like I'm bothering her just by placing my order. I love the chicken but really dislike her attitude. Generally, the chicken at Royal Farms is quite good, but some of the staff leave much to be desired. I ordered hash browns and a chicken biscuit from the menu, but received two soggy hash browns and a cold piece of chicken served on a hamburger bun. The large woman working the chicken station should be let go. It was Sunday at 9 a.m., which is a common breakfast time, so this experience was disappointing.

This place used to have the very best staff, not anymore. You have to wait in line to get a plastic cup, and you must pay for just the use of a cup before getting your drink. Once you have the drink and selected your other items, you have to wait in lineto pay for your other items. Obviously, someone is more concerned about plastic cups than customer convenience.
Many people make quick stops here to fill up their tanks. The gas prices are reliably some of the lowest around. By using the Rofo app and paying with your rewards card, you can save even more and earn excellent rewards.
If Royal Farms expects customers to manage their own items, they should consider lowering their prices. It's obvious that their employees are no longer being fairly compensated. The menu prices should reflect that.
A couple of months back I ordered a crunchy chicken salad sandwich . There were actual chicken bones in it. Today i ordered a cheeseburger sub. The burgers were so dry parts of them were actually crunchy.
