I don't only pay $60 to fill my tank, but every time I go, it won't take less than 10 minutes to fill my car. This time it was so slow that the pump went out and the transaction ended. In addition, the reward system is a fraud. I've been trying to reset my password in the app for months. And you need a card to buy the gas and a cell phone to solve the points? Your banks do not understand the system and never use the points. I'm done with Royal Farms. Trash food and service.
Customer service was terrible, I would definitely not go back there after a bad experience with the people who worked there. I should be able to use my coupons easily and happily with the service they prepare (self-scans), but they made it so much harder than it should be and practically gave me the voucher. (The voucher runs around September and it's July, so no chance that the problem was) It was rather an argument with them instead of clarifying the situation.
I was just there today but Tapatio chips and the one chip challenge had a .75 coupon and the employee Anthony refused to use the coupon because he because he couldn?t scan it I asked him to help me pull it apart to get the barcode and he refused to help I am never going to any Royal Farms again extremely disappointed and will blast out Anthony every time I can
Tried three times from here sharp coffins, and tasted them cold and old every time. Okay for gas and snacks. I thought this place should have a great chicken. Three times it's enough to never try again.
