Today, I placed an order at Royal Farms and was met with the same indifferent customer service as before. The wait was much longer than expected for a fast-food fried chicken spot, but I eventually received my food. However, when I got home—less than 500 feet away—I found that my side dish was nearly cold. While writing this review, I realized part of my order was missing, so I had to return to the store to resolve the issue. If I owned Royal Farms, I would shut this franchise down to erase any memory of it. As soon as I entered, I was impressed by how well organized this restaurant was. The coffee station was immaculate, with plenty of coffee available and hot water readily accessible for my tea. The selection of tea bags was also well-stocked. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the bathroom was clean, the chicken was fresh, and the gas pumps were functioning perfectly!
Today, I visited Royal Farms for lunch and ordered an Italian sub. Unfortunately, they were out of lettuce, tomato, and onion. I decided to substitute those with banana peppers, and surprisingly, the sub turned out to be fantastic! Even though it looked a bit sparse, it was packed with flavor. Thankfully, this delicious sub has left my belly feeling full and happy!
From the moment I walked in, I noticed how well put together this location was. The coffee area was spotless... the coffee was well stocked, the hot water was easy to find for my tea, the tea bags were well stocked, the staff was pleasant and friendly,the bathroom was clean, the chicken was fresh and the gas pumps were working properly!

The potato wedges and chicken wings were cooked in unclean oil. I paid $13 that Sunday and ended up feeling ill afterwards. I definitely won't be returning! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money. If you do decide to buy the food, you’ll likely end up throwing it all away, just like I did!
This restaurant just opened recently, but the cleanliness both inside and outside is quite off-putting. I even witnessed someone glance at the sink, quickly turn away, and then put on gloves. It was concerning to see that. Seriously, I recommend just getting gas and leaving rather than going inside.

The customer service was lacking. The staff preparing food in the morning were quite slow. Additionally, I noticed that the girl making the pre-made sandwiches dropped two on the floor but still put them in the warmer for sale.

The bathrooms were poorly maintained. After seeing the women's restroom, I just had to leave the location altogether. I've seen porta-potties that were cleaner.
I ordered the grilled chicken there, but I had to return it because the chicken smelled off and was in bad condition. At least they refunded my money.
