Best Thai in Perth in my opinion! Brought my parents for dinner last night. We had a the crispy chicken and curry puffs for starters to share. The crispy chicken was lovely and crunchy with a hot and spicy dipping sauce to accompany it. Curry puffs were flaky and filled with a hint of spicy potatoe and veggies served with a sweet and aour sauce. For mains we ordered the beef penang curry. Hands down the best penang curry i have ever eaten and i have had it in Thailand too! We ordered the chu chu beef curry, which was lovely and tasty. So we walked down to this place and I was very excited about having some good Thai food. This small restaurant is very comfortable and conveniently located.The staff were warm and welcoming, and it has all the makings of a great local. The food was no where near what we'd hoped for. Mind you, we weren't too adventurous, but the jungle curry was so watery and tasteless that it was almost chicken in warm water, and the Thai beef salad was missing "something." After buying weekly groceries at East Perth IGA, I saw across the store a small Thai restaurant was full of people. Decided to peek at their menu for future visit. After looking at their menu and saw 1 small empty table I changed my mind and dine-in instead. Their pad thai and fish cake are so good! Two thumbs up for the chef!

We really enjoyed our meal at Royal Siam. We ate veggie spring rolls and the Garlic Pepper Beef. The spring rolls were tasty. While the beef was delicious, the portion was really small. Especially for the price.
Went to this restaurant for dinner, it was very good. Curry was delicious. Bring you own wine is great as it cuts down on cost.would certainly go back and recommend it highly.
