Starting off by entering this HUGE premises in Melbourne's CBD - you're greeted by the friendly staff who will give you a menu to peruse before heading over to the registers to order. This place is one MASSIVE burger house, and I mean MASSIVE! There is a large entry with a communal dining table to the very front left hand side, then up the small stairs over to the left is the desserts case, and immediately behind are the registers where you pay, order and collect your eats.From there, behind you'll find even more tables flanked by the rather large, closed off kitchen just behind them. We came here on recommendations from our children who love a good quality burger. Royal stacks stacked up to its reputation. I had the bacon bacon and it was cooked the exact way I enjoy my burger (loose mince, chargrilled outside, layered toppings, crunchy bacon). We are in Melbourne for 3 days but plan on returning for lunch before heading to the airport.

I was told this place had the best burgers in Melbourne. After testing that theory I'd say they come close. I have had better but also at a higher price point. The burgers are great, drinks list is good and atmosphere for dining in is youthful and fun. Great spot for a quick meal with family or friends. Book a table now
Visited the Sydney Rd Royal Stacks. Absolutely amazing burgers chips and milkshakes. Halal 100% and huge in size! Great value for money too and amazing flavours. Best salted caramel milkshake I've ever had. Will absolutely be back. Yum!!
Yes. Compared to the Scottish clown this burger cafe will not disappoint. Choose from their menu or design your own by adding extras. We were a group of seven and we each had a different burger. Verdict was a unanimous "yum".
My daughter made us go here and it was well worth it. Great burger, good quick service, plenty of seats at lunch time. Cool toilet (if that counts for anything). It was a bit pricey so wouldn't go every day
