The tables in this restaurant are filthy, and I don't mean they just need to be wiped down. They're deep-down grimy, and they need to be refinished. It's fairly disgusting. The first table I sat at, I had to get up and move, it was so gross. See attached pics. Beyond that, the food is fairly bland, but at least it's freshly prepared (except the salsas, which all taste factory made). They botched my order, and they had to remake both plates. So it took twice as long to get my food as it should have and to compensate for the delay, they gave us a coupon for a free taco. Meh. On a hott day, this is totally the place to eat. It's so nice and comfortable inside. The workers are super nice and patient. Food is delicious and hot. Had the pleasure of also meeting the manager. She is so sweet, and I was there while she herself was cleaning the soda machine. I was very impressed because to see a manager doing the same work as the people under them shows good management skills. We've been here several times and usually order the same things: the taco trio and the salsa verde shrimp tacos, which are my favorites! The food is consistently good, and I absolutely love their picante and Diablo salsas! However, the service could use some improvement. During our last visit, we waited about 40 minutes for our food while everyone else was being served. Despite this, we've had positive experiences in the past.
BEWAREIf you use their Treat Yourself offer, where they give you $5 gift cards for every $25 gc you purchase, check the expiration dates on them. I purchased $100 worth of gift cards and all four $5 gift cards were invalid. Return them on sight and ask for valid ones or else they are going to ask to see your receipt and give you a hard time if you don 't have it. I was very unhappy with the inconvenience.

The Mexican food was mild and lacking in authenticity. It’s not really my preference, but I can see that some people might enjoy it.
Good food. Not fancy but good for a quick meal. Counter order with pricing on par with the area. Good seafood options.
