I've had the queso chips and spinach artichoke dip a few times, and they've always been great. However, the mozzarella sticks were a bit too soft; I preferred them to be crispier. I interacted with staff members from various levels on different days, and they were all consistently friendly. I've mostly done takeout, but overall, I still had a positive experience—aside from the mozzarella sticks.
Had terrible experience with a waitress who complained about quitting before taking our order. Steak was tough and my wife had an egg. 60 bucks for a terrible meal and a tiny waitress who talked about long working hours and stopped. I'm not coming back. This restaurant quickly went downhill from where it was years ago.
Terrible experience. The lettuce was brown, the guacamole didn't look fresh, and the portion size was much smaller than my previous orders. The driver just sat in the parking lot doing nothing while my order was ready. I even confirmed with a phone call. I'm done with this restaurant due to their lack of service.
I've ordered from Ruby Tuesday multiple times, and they have consistently forgotten the kids' beverages that are included with the meals. When I try to get in touch with them, there's no one available to respond. It's frustrating to pay for something I'm not receiving! Book a table now
