My wife came in today with a buddy. The service was sub par, the food was cold. The only memorable part was her server had stretched ears. She still paid and tipped, although it was not deserved. You need to hire more staff because no one was at front seating. When she left she noticed these little girls at the podium with their feet up on it. We will not be back and do not appreciate the lack of service. Please find a better crew. If this store closes, it will be their fault. How do you get cold food after 45 minutes? Reevaluate.
Good food and has a lot of tvs with sports on them. This place can get loud at times and was hard to hear the conversation at the table with the person right across from me. Service was good but took an hour to get our food after ordering. The restaurant was clean and presented very nicely. The bathrooms could use some attention but overall it was a good experience!!! The restaurant is very cold every time we are in. We visit 2 to 3 times a month. And today as I looked in the restaurant, everybody kept their coat on. The food was all right waitress did not get our order correctly. She only came by one time to check on us. We could use another round of drinks or refills. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
