This summer I had their breakfast tacos for the first time, and I must say.... They were delicious. I've done dine in and take out lunch and dinner, but I've never done breakfast. It was all fresh and juicy. Even the tortillas were good. I almost always get sausage here, and I use the Sissy sauce. It's a far drive across town for me, but it never disappoints.
I have been here before and had good bbq then. But this past time,brisket was dry and bland..maybe it was a bad day, but the whole family agreed. I dont know if the 3 bean salad was old,but it tasted like it and we got a really bad stomach ache from eating it. doubt if i will go back.....This use to be the BEST BBQ in Pharr.......
In this instance, it was a company event. We had a private section to ourselves and the food was brought to us which was very convenient considering how full the place was. I'm not the biggest brisket fan but for what it was it was well done and a good experience.
Rudy's food is always awesome but noticed pandemic is impacting the amount of food and condiments they normally give with the order. Also noticed that even though I got less they charged more.
