I ordered two orders of 25 pieces of chicken cooked lightly with lemon pepper, one of which had BBQ sauce on it. Unfortunately, both orders were overcooked. I called today to inform them and the person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do about it. I should have brought it back, but it was my child's birthday and I had guests who had to eat. I absolutely adore the food at Rudy's. It is simply amazing and the service is generally good. However, I have noticed a new employee answering the phone recently who mentioned she just returned after being away for 6 months. Unfortunately, she can be quite rude, makes errors, and seems to be in a hurry to get you off the phone. Overall, the lunch experience at Rudy's costs around $10–20 per person.

We received 10 bugs in our food... this is not including the burger.. Absolutely ridiculous. They also did not refund us for our order and we called immediately after we received this order. At least the Uber Eats driver was on time..
I was hesitant about Rudy's! But man the food was amazing! The Double Cheeseburger is no joke ! The fries are perfect! Their Italian beef sandwich they load it up with Beef! ! Nice little spot on 63rd
This restaurant has delicious food, quick service, a great menu with reasonable prices, friendly staff, and is very clean. I highly recommend the Cream of Rice Soup.
