my friends and I, although we come together for the holidays to enjoy a peaceful night outside. the owner or server (not sure who he was) I think his name was renest was in a bad mood. he illuminated the girl who freed himself from the tables. we told him he had to calm down and relax and that he shouldn't talk to his employees like that. he told us we could take the bus girl home when we're gone. we then saw him scream at the women barkeeper for good 5 minutes. we felt so bad for them. Rugova is a wonderful place to convene with friends for a drink and dinner. The service is always outstanding as is the food.
