I am infinitely sorry to give this assessment because the Hotel is beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable but that you are lying down and other clients enter the room with the same key code is already a disaster that ruins everything else. We were expecting an apology from the management and were completely ignored. Take note, you cannot save on Reception staff to provide the online service, you lose direct contact with the client and these unpleasant things happen. Whoever has a Store that Attends it, they have to be there at the foot of the Canyon.
Charming rustic hotel, each room is different, decorated with antique furniture. It does not have its own restaurant but there is one next door that operates from 12 noon Food drinks: For breakfast you have to go to another cafeteria in town because the restaurant next door does not open until after 12. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant. Noteworthy details: It is ideal due to its location to go to the Sanabria festivities
En pleno centro de Puebla de Sanabria, tranquilo para dormir... Buen desayuno... Poco más lo pisé. Acceso automatizado con código (discreto). La única pega es que mi habitación no tenía vistas al río, lo que ya sería espectacular (algunas tienen ese extra) y la luz de emergencia tenue cuando apagas las luces principales que dificultó conciliar el sueño.
