Spectacular service at this cafe. Aaron was our server and was most efficient, courteous, helpful, fast, kind the perfect waiter. The food was delicious as always. The gifts for the mothers OVER THE TOP! The beautiful decorative disposable cameras and conversation cards that said, We love mom on them were the most creative and practical gifts I 've ever seen, anywhere! We love the Nordstrom cafe and it is always our first choice. Nordstrom is over the top this way. Oh yes, and the prices are reasonable. Loved it here. We're still talking about the Lobster Bisq, it was to die for. Sat outside, which was nice and shaded and quiet. Joel was our server, he was super friendly. Kitchen and bar service was very slow, but I'm not taking off a star because the food and drinks were amazing and the price is great. We did four alcoholic drinks, 2 cups of the bisq, an appetizer, and two entrees and our bill was like $130. At South Coast Plaza! We'll definitely be back.

The food was truly astonishing, could not have asked fora better spinach artichoke dip. The soup was flawless, and the chicken parmesan was excellent. However, after ordering it took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive, although it was worth the wait, it was just too much to wait for such a long time considering the restaurant was packed at the time.

We need more restaurants like this one! The atmosphere is simple, clean, and bright, and the staff is extremely attentive. The food is delicious with a fantastic variety of options, and I really enjoy the brunch served on Saturdays and Sundays. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was consistently delicious and surprisingly good for a department store eatery. I particularly enjoyed the salads and Brussels sprouts. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Dinner was perfect before seeing a musical at Segerstrom. It is a full service restaurant . Brussel appetizer, chicken noodle soup excellent. Cilantro Like salad is my go to and healthier option.
Many customers complained that the restaurant was too cold. The servers mentioned that they were unable to do anything about it, unfortunately.

Very nice little restaurant on the top level of Nordstrom. Great food great, service a little on the pricey side but worth it.
