The is directed towards the store in Kirkwood area in STL on 1/28/2023, all other stores I have been to have been amazing. This store specifically my half went to the store because it is close to the house and he was on his way home and he was going to Suprise me. He got me the High tide smoothie bowl, when he ordered it the female working put mango into the bowl and made a look of I messed up. My boyfriend stated I dont think mango goes in that right ? She laughed at him along with the other teenagers in the store and proceeded to make the bowl with the wrong ingredients instead of just making a new one. I visited this restaurant last week and was initially confused as the open sign was off and the lights were out. Despite this, there were people inside so we decided to try the door and found out they were still open. The interior had a strange odor, reminiscent of a damp bathroom. We placed our order and received our smoothie bowls, although mine was missing a chocolate topping. The combination of the odd smell and lack of lighting made us decide to eat outside. After a few hours, we both started feeling nauseous. It's unclear whether it was due to the smoothies or the unpleasant smell inside, but we were perfectly fine before coming here and spent the rest of the day feeling unwell.
IGNORANT Tuesday June 13, 23. Walked in, both workers didn’t even greet us. Neither one could crack a smile to save their life, after we ordered, one snarled and said “are you ordering another one?!” Then when it was done she goes ok it’s over there… and as it was my first time studying the menu. She goes.. our menu is online, like it was a HUGE inconvenience me even being there.
me and my friends went here to get açaí bowls, the guy was not letting us choose what we wanted in the bowl and started putting things we didn't ask for in the bowl. The guy made me and my friends very uncomfortable and kept staring at my freinds newborn baby. The bowls were melted and not every good. 11 bucks for a bowl that is small and not what i asked for. Staff was pretty nice and helpful but product didn't really meet my satisfaction. It was a bit more on the bland side, the bowls had a little more flavor but no so much with the smoothies. I guess if you were looking for something healthy I would recommend this place.
I have found Rush Bowls to be the best place for smoothie bowls. While it can be a bit expensive, they offer a great deal on Wednesdays through their app. I tried the High Tide Bowl and absolutely enjoyed it. I will definitely be returning!
A staff member kindly brought my bowl to me. I had ordered the Beach bowl and requested honey as an additional topping. However, when I received my bowl, it was lacking any of the fruit toppings.
Amazing! Fresh! Healthy (but tastes great! . I literally eat here 3-5 times a week, I'm obsessed. Power bowl with blueberries on top is my fave! Hichmy recommend! Book a table now
The food there is very good and healthy for you, but it is very pricey for what they are serving. I would recommend going to Rush Bowls for an occasional treat!
