We hadn't visited Russ' in ages, and now it's clear we haven't missed much. The prices are quite steep, especially given the quality of the food. My husband ordered the chopped steak dinner, which was advertised as being smothered in beef gravy, but he received only a dollop the size of a quarter. Without the gravy, the steak was pretty dry. Both of our meals came out lukewarm. I ordered the tilapia dinner, and I wasn't impressed with the fish's quality. My baked potato was cooked through but not hot. The rolls that came with our dinners were definitely the highlight of the meal—very good!
One place where I'll ALWAYS get good food. 100% guaranteed Parking: Huge parking lot wherever you go at any Russ Restaurant Kid-friendliness: Nice kid menu, coloring paper and crayons to keep them occupied Wheelchair accessibility: I wish all the Russ restaurant's had the handicap doors when entering or leaving. The only one Russ Restaurant that has the handicap automatic doors is in Cutlerville.

I would have given 5 stars. Mac and cheese was cold. One of the seats was still dirty when seated.. Amateur service for Friday night rush

If you go through the drive thru expect to wait for over 20 minutes. By the time you get your food it is super cold and soggy.
