Disappointingly, this is the first time I've given a one star review.My inlaws have been regulars at Russo's when they stared at Revesby nearly 20 years ago, and then at Peakhurst when that opened, so much so that Sam and his wife give my father in-law a glass of red when he walks in.And my wife and I have also been there on quite a few occasions over the past 13 years.Sadly though we've noticed things have been slipping a fair bit the last couple of times we've dined there. About a month ago we waited nearly 40 minutes for our meals. I can’t believe how bad a $20 pizza can be. Not a regular here but just bought a family 4 seasons and Italian salad at a cost of over $30 in total take away pickup. No flavour, stodgy base very chewy, and an Italian sad salad. I was always reluctant to go to other than the ‘authentic’ Italian pizza restaurant but sorry tonight that I didn’t just get a dominos. I had a mind to call and complain but with the property up for sale probably a waste of time. I am sorry as we don’t have a good Italian restaurant nearby. No second chances and so no more a local customer. I recommend going elsewhere.
We used to think this place was great. Not anymore. The last few times there have been issues. Missed pasta, not hot pizza due to being told “at least 30mins” only to see pizzas already made upon arrival sitting on the bench. Last night was the last time we will visit. Having eftpos issues in the world we currently live in is no excuse. I ordered my pizza at 6.40pm I arrived home with cold pasta and pizza at 7.48pm after my wife had to come from home to pay cash. We will not order again.
We often get Russo's for dinner and are always happy with it. The food is delicious and the pricing is very reasonable. We have been customers for many years and will be customers for many years to come. Definitely a good choice for an easy dinner. There is no good reason to order from pizza hut or dominoes if you live in an area serviced by Russo's. The quality and value you get from Russo's is far better.

Their pizza's are nice but they have gotten our order wrong more than once. My child is gluten intolerant and had eaten most of the gluten pizza they got the order wrong!! and was quite sick afterwards. We went back and it happened again, so sorry wont be going back again!! They didn't seem to care :
Went to the Revesby Russo's and food the service and food very good for a local suburban pizza and pasta restaurant. Had 4 pizzas, (garlic, Micheals, Mexican and Hawaiian) plus garlic prawn and aioli garlic/chilli spaghetti. Ended with a great coffee. Couldn't fault the food for the price!
We used to eat regularly at Russo's several years ago before moving out of the area. Tried them again tonight and was disappointed with the pizzas. The toppings were cheap, the bases were dry and tasted like frozen ones from the supermarket. Flavour was ok, but overall disappointing.
Fantastic place to go for dinner with a big group. Banquet menu is fantastic. Not the place to go for a romantic quiet dining experience. Its busy and noisy like a good pizzeria should be. Naturally fantastic take away as well

A great place to take the kids or family for an Italian feast. The food is high quality and huge serves. We only managed to finish some of the entrees ordered and had to take the rest home.
Never answer there phones, not sure why there still in business.
