1st time went with family for a birthday dinner, they forgot my order and everyone was done eating. Told the staff i never received my order and not to worry about it, instead they said i couldn't cancel it and told the kitchen to make it. Had to eat my meal while everyone at the table was waiting for me to finish....2nd time and the absolute last time occurred today, we had ordered a dozen kilpatrick oysters and half a dozen natural oysters. When the bill came they seperated everything into half dozens, which made each half dozen $6 more expensive, a total of an extra $18 on the bill for the same food. When we complained and highlighted the fact, your manager on duty said that the staff bro...
We went here on Saturday night, after friends telling us how good it is for ages we finally listened... Was really busy with a good vibe around the place and we had no trouble getting a table for 2... Ordered our food that came out quite quickly and was really good... I had the Pork Belly and it was so tender and nice and i loved the sweet potato chips that came with it and my other half had a nice big scotch fillet cooked to his liking... we couldnt make our minds up about dessert so opted for the tasting plate which is made up of the 5 desserts and was really enough for 4 people, although we did a pretty good job... Will definitely go again soon... Service friendly too..
we visit this restaurant 2-3 times a month and have done for over a year, this was the worst meal I've ever had, I ordered a peppered steak , which came with pepper sauce, well should have, I also ordered a bundy and coke only to be told they only had pepsi, ok thats fine, except it arrived as just pepsi, My peppered steak came with out the ''peppered" or sauce, when I complained I was brought the sauce and told it was peppered, except when a steak is coated in cracked pepper you'd expect it to taste like pepper or at least have cracked pepper on it. Except no not this time,
Everything was DELICIOUS!! Pricing is normal and worth everything. If you love seafoods, you must get the seafood platter. Everything was fresh and so good. Cooked to perfection. Serving for pasta is reasonable. The desert taster had lemon tart, strawberry panna cotta, tiramisu, italian donuts, caramel something (my favourite), fresh strawberry ice cream and chocolate dip. The best birthday dinner I've had in a long time. Thanks Rustique. You won't be dissappointed, not like other restaurants we've tried lately...

Had my sons 50th birthday at Rustique on Saturday 8th July 2017. Around 30 Adults and about10 children and it was a really wonderful experience. Had antipasto and dip platters to share for started, and they were really nice. The mains were beautiful and large servings. The staff were really excellent and especially Anita who went above and beyond her service. The is the second party I have been too there as my children also had my 70th birthday there about18 months ago. Highly recommend going there.
This place has the BEST kid's playground. It's always a school holiday favourite.The menu is amazing, so much to choose from, massive servings and everything I've had has been delicious.My kids and their friends love the kids menu and the activities.The staff are always friendly - they could offer to top drinks up more, but that would be my only complaint.We will keep coming back here.Try the italian donuts - make sure you leave room for them. They are FANTASTIC!
First time we dined at this venue in a group of 8, a get together after business meeting.As we entered the place we were welcomed by a magnificent setting.Menu offers a wide variety of mouth watering dishes from grass & grain fed steak to crispy salmon, pizza,....Good selection of drinks.Staff are friendly, speedy service, and price is more than reasonable.Will sure go back again next time in the area.
I have been here about 4 times, mainly at invitation of others. Each time the food has been relatively ordinary and inconsistent. Some meals seem to be ok and others are poor. Waiting staff are pleasant enough but make lots of mistakes in orders for food and drink. On last visit, there where 2 incorrect meals and an incorrect drink for our table, then the bill was also wrong.

From a recommendation we tried this business last night and all I can say is not at all satisfactory. If you like under cooked steak, unattentive wait staff, hearing everyone else conversation within a four table radius then this is the place for you. Also adding the fact that four hours after our visit my partner and I had stomach complaints (gastro).
Close to our office so convenient for the odd business lunch. Food is good and staff always attentive. Find it strange that most people eating there are for business related activity and they have music on very loud which makes it hard to hear.
