We have dined at RC in various locations across the metro area and Florida, and Manhattan stands out as the best. However, I wouldn't classify this experience as exceptional. The interior design feels somewhat lacking in warmth. While the staff was polite and attentive, they didn't seem particularly enthusiastic for a Saturday night. I mean, a server could potentially walk away with $500 to $1,000 tonight, and I'm more than happy to contribute, but the atmosphere felt more businesslike compared to other locations. On the bright side, the food was exceptionally well-prepared.
This was my first visit to a Ruth's Chris Steak House, and I was impressed by the relatively new location in Lake Grove. The interior was immaculate, and we were greeted and seated promptly. Initially, I was taken aback by the prices, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I ended up spending just over $80 per person (excluding drinks), and the experience was worth every penny. The wait staff was excellent and attentive, while the food was nothing short of perfection. From the lobster bisque to the seared tuna and filet mignon, everything was superb.
I really do not review restaurants much but this time I have to. Easter Sunday I went to Ruth Chris for the third time, the service this time was not acceptable. I am not sure if the waitress was having a bad day or this is the how she usually works but management should look into this. Everything was fine at the beginning but as the dinner progressed she was less attentive when time came to ask for a to go bag she packed our food next to our table, she threw the bag in
I've been to Ruth's around the country with a pretty consistent experience. Tonight we had an ok experience. Lobster bisque, watery and bland Brussels and garlic potatoes, ok Shrimp that came with our steak, awefill, small, warm, and bland Plates and glasses; filthy However, NY strip and two Fillets... Awesome. Perfect cook and taste. And the staff, friendly. Overall, at this level, I expected better. Hope they can improve on the simple stuff

We went for NY Eve, the bar and restaurant was pretty crowded. We got drinks that were made really well, the bartender clearly knew what he was doing! The overall service was good especially for a holiday. The food was also very good. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would recommend!
Our entire meal was outstanding from our cesear salad appetizer, our steaks and dessert. Please don't ever take the bread pudding off the menu, we absolutely love it.
Steak was excellent. But the menu needs to be expanded a little. There was no lobster dish. Only an add on. And for non steak eaters, the selection was nominal.
Waiter was new so I can’t hold it against him but , he had made several mistakes that made experience not so great for New Years Eve with family.
